As a Project Manager you will oversee the project management of the complex projects from identification, through initiation, planning, execution and closeout stages. Assignments encompass broad managerial responsibilities and related work performed by other GSA organizations

The GS-12 salary range starts at $79,721 per year.
To qualify for the GS-12, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-11, in the Federal service.
Specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service is utilizing project management practices and tools to simultaneously manage multiple construction and/or repair and alteration projects in a real estate environment. This experience must include:
