    About the Position: Incumbent serves as a Senior Inspector General Assistant for the US Army Installation Management Command. Plans, executes and oversees the conduct of major inspections concerning the Command's programs and systems.

    • Serve as the Senior Inspector General Representative for US Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM).
    • Plan and conduct inspections, surveys, and studies of IMCOM HQ and all its components.
    • Analyze items found during inspections and evaluate in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, drawing conclusions and making recommendations.
    • Prepare portions of formal written reports including factual data, observations and recommends improved and/or corrective management practices and procedures.
    • Participate in exit interviews with Commanders and others in authority at exercising utmost diplomacy in presenting results of inspections, including constructive criticisms involving deficiencies and irregularities requiring remedial action.

    Travel Required

    50% or less - You may be expected to travel up to 50% of the time for this position.
