    The primary purpose of this position is to serves as a technical expert in the field of remote sensing.
    Responsibilities include research, development, and integration of advanced electro-optical (EO), infrared (IR),
    electromagnetic, and radio-frequency (RF) sensors for ground-based, sea-based, airborne, and space-based applications to
    collect high fidelity technical measurements in support of missions

    • Responsible for scientific and-engineering development and implementation of advanced data collection and display systems.
    • Applies theoretical and practical knowledge of various phenomenology, analysis techniques, geographic information systems (GIS), and remote sensing to nuclear detonation detection.
    • Interfaces directly with national laboratories on technical issues of mutual interest. Evaluates systems throughout the life cycle, development through operations
    • Transforms operational needs and mission objectives into functional requirements, performance parameters, and system designs. Ensures application of security and configuration management guidelines to evolving data analysis tools.
