As appropriate, convenes expert panels to independently review and assess risks and trades associated with proposed capability implementation approaches. Evaluate portfolio execution risks, resource plans and critical dependencies and initiates mitigation actions to ensure critical operational improvements and/or capabilities are delivered in accordance with agency plans and commitments.

The incumbent will provide day-to-day leadership and direction to determine effective policy, integration plans and transition approaches to achieve results.
