    Summary

    You will serve as a Records and information Management Specialist in the Records Management Branch, Administrative Support Division of UNIF SRVS UNI OF THE HLTH SCI.

    Responsibilities

    • You will institute measures to ensure that records of continuing value are preserved and records no longer needed for current use receive appropriate disposition in accordance with the Records Disposition Schedule.
    • You will utilize management principles, organizational theory, quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluation, and administrative practices to conduct operations, studies, and audits of the Records Management Program.
    • You will advise on improvements and revisions to records plans to increase the administrative efficiency of USU departments.
    • You will utilize quantitative and qualitative management analysis techniques and procedures as it pertains to the overall departmental records management program and its specialized sub-disciplines.
    • You will utilize quantitative and qualitative management analysis techniques and procedures with regard to program and audit design, effectiveness, efficiency, productivity, measuring compliance, and formulating recommendations for improvement.
    • You will performs analyses and provides recommendations on technical and administrative matters on file plans, records retention schedules, disposition, and transfers/retrievals to and from the Records Center.
