    Summary

    You will serve as a SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL) in the Administrative Department of NVRECRUITNGCMD.

    Responsibilities

    • You will manage military personnel actions (e.g., awards, promotions, schools, assignments, retirements, separations, recruitment, retention) in support of a military personnel program.
    • You will interpret current and proposed military personnel action regulations to determine the impact on an organization.
    • You will use automated timekeeping systems (e.g., SLDCADA or similar system) to input time and attendance information.
    • You will serve as an authorizing official for travel authorizations and vouchers ensuring that all submissions are in compliance with Joint Federal Travel Regulations.
    • You will evaluate human resource workforce performance to identify training and development needs for employees.
