    The primary purpose of this position is to provide contracting officer support for reviews and signatory approval on contract documents for all squadron work load requirements.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the installation Performance Management Assessment Program/Quality Assurance Program, ensuring that all regulatory, administrative and training requirements are met.
    • Provides advisory and hands-on assistance to functional area personnel involved in developing/revising technical specifications, Performance Work Statements (PWS), Statements of Work (SOW),
    • Statements of Objectives (SOO), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Services Summary (SS), and COR checklists.
    • Contracting Policy Advisor.
    • Plans and conducts acquisition training for contracting officers representative (COR), contracting personnel and customers.
    • Serves as business advisor to a wide range of customers.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position. May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assignments.
