    The individual selected for this position will…

    • Develop forecast models for the assessment of hiring needs and the impact of budget fee levels and fee structure changes in a highly complex operating environment with multiple products and services, categories of customers, and internal organizations.
    • Develop workload, workforces, and financial estimating methodologies, validation and/or development of financial process, and behavioral data, analyze results and present authoritative findings to senior management.
    • Study the role of intellectual property rights in the domestic and global economy and conducts fee collection, workforce, and workload forecasting for the organization.
    • Identify requirements for statistical software packages and automated forecasting models, which enhance reliability of results.
    • Recommend expansion to automated systems to effect positive impacts on forecasting abilities and access to information related to fee structure, workloads, workforce, revenues and costs.
    • Select appropriate statistical methods, practices and theories to conduct surveys, perform forecasting and analysis, interpret results, and communicate authoritative findings to senior management.
    • Provide consultation on a variety of forecasting projects requiring statistical expertise, including workload evaluations and financial performance measures.
    • Act as an authoritative source of statistical input to publications or other documents that are the basis for formulating the organization’s policy.
