    About the Position: This position is located on Main Post, Fort Riley, KS providing Civilian HR Services to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

    NOTE: Position will be filled at the GS-05, GS-07, or GS-09 level, with promotion potential to the full performance GS-11 level. Or it can be filled at the full performance level, GS-11.

    NOTE: Position will be filled in Fort Riley, KS. Position will not be filled virtually.

    • Performs the following duties which will increase in complexity and difficulty as selectee(s) progress in grade levels:
    • Draft vacancy announcements for advertisements to potential candidates.
    • Provides advice and support to managers, and supervisors on recruitment and placement matters.
    • Assists in planning and administering the merit promotion and recruitment/placement program.
    • Learn how to Identify appropriate qualification standard to be applied.
    • Develop position announcements.
    • Develop candidate evaluation criteria and evaluates candidate eligibility, and refers qualified candidates for selection consideration.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
