This position is for a Supervisory Information Technology Specialist in the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Office of Information Technology (IT) Services. As an Information Technology Specialist, you will:
The ideal candidate must have strong communication and organizational skills, and is comfortable presenting project information to managers and executives in the department. Have knowledge and experience with IT systems serving in a senior or lead role designing and operating on premise and cloud IT systems, developing processes and procedures and determining best practices for the office. Have five or more years of demonstrated experience managing IT professionals delivering IT services to government customers. COR certification and experience managing IT services contracts is highly desirable.
