EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes manage and lead project teams to complete difficult tasks; research and analyze the needs of a geographic area; develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders; address questions and concerns, and resolve problems; and distribute resources to address specific needs of a particular geographical area.
