    The Aircrew Program Manager is responsible for the adequacy of aircrew ground and flight training/testing and standards for specific aircraft of an assigned air carrier. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Principal Operations Inspector. Manages programs on assigned aircraft including designated examiners and/or Aircrew Program Designees.

    Responsibilities

    Incumbent serves as Aircrew Program Manager (APM) (B-717) in a Flight Standards Field Office, and is responsible for the adequacy of aircrew ground and flight training/testing and standards for specific aircraft of an assigned air carrier. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Principal Operations Inspector (POI). Manages programs on assigned aircraft including designated examiners and/or Aircrew Program Designees (APD).

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - The job may require travel from time- to-time, but not on a regular basis. The travel may be for training or other work-related duties.
