    About the Position: This position is located in the Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) within the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). CHRA is responsible for operational HR effectiveness worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive classification services.
    • Partner with serviced commands to analyze classification requirements and resources to provide ways forward.
    • Evaluate position management in assigned organizations and provides assistance to supervisors on ways to improve structure, work distribution, and the use of employee skills.
    • Perform special reviews and surveys in conjunction with manpower and management analysis surveys.
    • Make recommendations for reorganization, expansion, consolidation of functions, establishment of trainee level and intermediate positions, and changes in skills distribution.
    • Analyze and classify individual positions descriptions and prepare necessary evaluation statements.
    • Explain the standards, classification decisions, impact of designated duties on classification, and complaint and appeal procedures to employees, supervisors, and operating officials or managers.
    • Develop and/or modify training modules and conducts one-on- one and group training.
