    Responsibilities

    As a Legal Administrative Specialist in the United States Attorney's Office (USAO), you will:

    - Reviewing legal data and documents to ensure compliance with format requirements;
    - Exporting and importing a variety of litigation support materials;
    - Providing litigation support services to manage and analyze case materials;
    - Assisting the attorney in discovery procedures and in trial preparation including organizing, abstracting, and indexing documents and exhibits, drafting responses to pre-trial motions, and preparing documents for production to defense counsel;
    - Providing technical advice to litigation teams on legal automation requirements and systems capabilities to facilitate litigation decisions, trial preparation, and trial presentation;
    - Using eDiscovery software to organize voluminous data, documents, and media for efficient retrieval.

    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
