    Summary

    About the Position: This position is located in Los Angeles, California. It may be filled as a temporary promotion or a temporary reassignment not to exceed one year by a current permanent Army employee. Temporary promotions of reassignments may be extended up to a maximum of five years and may be made permanent without further competition.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as liaison and coordinates all aspects of the division's personnel actions with the servicing civilian personnel office.
    • Reviews requests for personnel action (RPA's), ensuring that the requested action is appropriate, and that the request form is complete, accurate and has the appropriate documents attached (i.e., job descriptions, crediting plans).
    • Tracks bulletins and referrals and ensures recruit actions within Division are processed in a timely manner.
    • Prepares full-time equivalent (FTE) reports to monitor, track, and analyze FTE trends and to forecast usage.
