To qualify for the CT-10 grade level; applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the CT/GS-09 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience includes that through which one has gained a knowledge of a wide range of administrative concepts, principles, and practices used in the operations of large legal offices, as well as, experience applying this knowledge to difficult and complex work assignments.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Relocation. Relocation expenses will not be paid.
Time-in-Grade. You must meet time-in-grade requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
