    As a Business Analysis Program Manager, you will:

    • Lead functional customer engagement including: requirements gathering, optimizing work to be performed by the development team, managing the functionality backlog, and coordinating functional development and ongoing support of the Consumer Response CRM with the development team.
    • Lead more junior staff in initiating, managing, and responding to new functionality requests and change requests to improve business processes or systems by leading discussions and working groups with appropriate business owners.
    • Document requirements leads projects as both subject matter expert and as functional lead, and provides status reports, risk and issue identification, escalation, and resolution.
    • The Product Owner (PO) is a member of the Agile Team Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing the team backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components for the team.
    • The PO has a significant role in quality control and is the only team member empowered to accept stories are done.
