    You will:

    • Serve as team lead supporting management initiatives in such areas as employee development, organizational development, skills assessment, and workforce planning.
    • Provide advice on sound position management and organizational structure, including adherence to Agency and Office of Personnel Management (OPM) regulations and policy to ensure effective workforce utilization within the scope of organizational functions and personnel available.
    • Gather, analyze and interpret technical human resources management workforce data.
    • Serve as the lead contact and focal point on all recruitment and staffing efforts, including strategy and program direction.
    • Plan, coordinate and develop human resources activities related to performance, career development and employee/labor guidance.

    One or more positions may be filled.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be required to travel up to 25% of each month.
