    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

    • Applying an extensive body of rules and procedures to fulfill special order requests and documents in order to determine compliance with legal criteria and regulatory guidance.
    • Providing verbal and written advice and guidance to customers who are uncertain as to the exact content and description of documents they are ordering.
    • Serving as the point of contact for potential customers seeking information (cost, time frames, availability) on ordering certified and un-certified documents from the Office of Public Records.
    • Researching customer inquiries and provides complete and accurate information on existing orders.
