    Responsibilities

    • Skill in military personnel automated systems for data management, retrieval, synchronization, analysis, and to provide recommended solutions for the most effective and efficient approaches for presenting/analyzing strength management and readiness issues, variances, changes, etc.
    • Military personnel principles, concepts, laws, regulations, policies, and systems to interpret and apply new laws, to identify and propose solutions to major problem areas, to direct study teams, to develop integrated solutions to difficult problems impacting program operations, to resolve broad policy issues, and to defend program, recommendations, and decisions.
    • Knowledge of and ability to interpret, apply, and prepare supplemental guidance to laws, regulations, precedent decisions, and policies to advise top management officials on program issues.
    • Skill in written and oral communications to prepare briefings, reports, correspondence, and to present briefings to General Officers, supervisory staff, and other agencies
