As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will perform the following duties:
• Provide assistance to Pacific Islands Fisheries Service Center (PIFSC) staff on administrative, technical, and clerical matters.
• Utilize procedural knowledge of administrative regulations and automated office tools to manage daily operations.
• Advise PIFSC program staff on budgeting, purchasing, supply management, personnel, data processing and file maintenance.
• Arrange meetings and schedule, prepare, and maintain travel arrangements.
