    THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

    This National Guard position is for a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR, Position Description Number T5215000 and is part of the OH G3 Operations and Training, National Guard.

    The purpose of this position is to develop and implement, the Army National Guard (ARNG), Distributed Learning Program (DLP) within the respective state to achieve The Adjutant General's (TAG) training readiness objectives for assigned state and federal missions.

    Responsibilities

    1. Provides readiness training and pre and post-mobilization training (PPMT) to Soldiers. Coordinates with all other directorates and external agencies to develop and execute the State's Adjutant General's DLP goals, objectives and policies.

    2. Plans and coordinates DL training opportunities for the state's National Guard (NG) Soldiers. Programs and courses are standardized to meet training requirements, established by the National Guard Bureau (NGB), or to allow for their use in multiple locations and with multiple instructors.

    3. Administers the payment of training providers. Schedules courses for individuals and groups. Notifies supervisors and participants of course dates and costs. Administers the course evaluation process.

    4. Performs other duties as assigned.
