    Serves as the Unit Supervisor at the ORL CMO. Incumbent is responsible for the direction of assigned personnel. Assures compliance with the minimum level of safety requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations. Oversees the development of the office work program for the Unit in terms of kinds of inspections, location and frequency. Ensures that all certification and surveillance work functions are performed in accordance with current agency policy and procedures. Plans work to be accomplished, set priorities and prepares schedules for completion of work by subordinates. Effects coordination and liaison with other FAA personnel or military or civil agencies on matters affecting aviation operations and maintenance activities. Notifies the CMO manager when there is evidence of adverse trends developing, which may indicate deterioration in operations, equipment, facilities, qualifications, and/or training or personnel. Works with the office manager to ensure that a mode EEO program is in place. Performs additional duties as assigned.
