    As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:
    -  Apply problem solving, research and analytical skills in all facets of this position to complete procedures, address customer needs, and make recommendations for improvements in accordance with FS rules, regulations, policies, and guidance; moreover, consideration is given to new legislation or Treasury/Fiscal Service policies.  Analytical duties provide objectively-based information in support of planning, development, evaluation and decision making, affecting payment inquires and customer support aspects of the mission-oriented programs.
    -  Review, evaluate, and recommend changes regarding reports, processes, programs, objectives, and goals, including short and long-range goals and strategies.  Determine the degree of success in attaining goals. Report, process, and identify organizational or operational factors influencing accomplishments, and recommend actions accordingly.
    -  Establish and update operating procedures, reference guides and processes within the center to ensure staff has clear guidance to support their performance on work activities.
    -  Participate in meetings, conferences and forums, which facilitates customer outreach, help program planning and increase overall customer satisfaction. Serve as a customer liaison with federal agency conversions, facilitate communication, and provide training sessions to customers.
