    Responsibilities

    As a Supervisory Legal Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Providing technical and administrative supervision to the staff of the Assignment Section.
    • Overseeing the daily operations of the staff to ensure the agency policy and priorities are being followed.
    • Conducting legal research in applying appropriate assignment terminology to records and produces/signs recordation notices.
    • Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of the Assignment Section in meeting established goals and objectives
    • Maintaining liaisons with Patent and Trademark business areas in the interpretation of rules and regulations governing the recordation of Patent and Trademark documents.
