    Incumbent applies experience and advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles, theories, and concepts to work pertaining primarily to electrical circuits, circuit elements, equipment, systems and associated phenomena concerned with electromagnetic or acoustical wave energy or electrical information for purposes such as
    communication, computation, sensing, control, measurement and navigation.

    Conducts site surveys and site adaptation of standard engineering designs, including developing and coordinating project scope, drawings and specifications, cost estimate, facility and NAS risk mitigation, Corporate Work Plan schedule, resource requirements and project closeout for assigned projects. Will be working on complex system designs. Estimates, manages and accounts for funding of assigned projects. Coordinates with internal and external project stakeholders to address design, construction and/or installation issues for Engineering Services. Provides technical guidance to Contract On-site Representative (COR) on complex issues. Participates in design reviews and requirements, contractor selections and post implementation analysis of projects. Work is performed at remote locations throughout the Northeast and Southeast US including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
