    Responsibilities

    • Manages the Sexual Harassment/ Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Program.
    • Conducts program management activities. Updates higher echelon standard operating procedures (SOP) and reviews field SOPs and procedures for conformance to policy.
    • Works within its field sites and SHARP staff to ensure timely accurate reporting of SHARP/Sexual Assault Data Management Systems (SADMS) ? sexual harassment and sexual assault data.
    • Coordinates and participates in prevention events and communications. Briefs leadership on findings.
    • Develops sexual assault and sexual harassment policy for the Commander and coordinates these statements with the servicing staff judge advocate or legal advisor before providing to the Commander.
    • Supports subordinate command/installation SHARP personnel in providing support to sexual harassment and sexual assault victims.
    • Assesses training effectiveness and prepares quarterly training briefings for Command staff.
