    Responsibilities

    The individual selected for this position will…

    • Lead communication and outreach efforts with a variety of internal and/or external customers under time sensitive and difficult situations. Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that include short and long term goals, key performance indicator (KPIs), and stakeholder analysis, activities, and risks. Tracks and analyze data to measure effectiveness of outreach efforts.

    • Prepares initial work plans and draft reports based on existing procedures or observation of the activity to be studied.

    • Assists in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems.

    • Reviews both operational plans and current incoming work projects. Makes recommendation for improving methods. Advises on the adequacy of budgeting. Determines the need for work standards and control systems.

    • Participates in program studies and analysis of operations to achieve greater economy and efficiency. Prepares materials for work flow and operational analysis, cost studies, and/or equipment utilization.

    • Conduct studies of work processes and procedures. Identifies problems, reviews production standards, and makes tentative recommendations for problem resolution.
