    This is a Work At Home (WAH) position.   The duty station will be the selectee's home address.

    In order to be considered, applicants MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE within commuting distance to Smith River, California.

    Relocation will not be paid.

    1. Plan, develop, and coordinate the partnership agreements to ensure activities at all levels are carried out, resolve problems encountered, and determine the need for renegotiation.
    2. Address questions, concerns and issues related to current and potential partners and stakeholders.
    3. Establish partnership agreements with tribal governments, and/or local businesses and tribal community groups to develop specific strategies to eliminate enumeration barriers in specific regions in support of the Decennial Census.
    4. Develop relationships and partnerships with the specific community listed in the Job Announcement in the Regional Census Center area.
    5. Develop presentations, give briefings, conduct meetings and promote partnerships with various governments, local businesses, and community groups.
    6. Build awareness and motivate participation in the Decennial Census, gain support for census outreach and promotional activities and census field operations.
    7. Takes appropriate actions to meet the specific promotional needs of the tribal communities in the Regional Census Center (RCC) area.

    Travel Required

    50% or less - Position requires 25% local and 25% overnight travel
