SELECTING SUPERVISOR & DUTY LOCATION: Lt Col Stacey Shade, 130th AW, Charleston, WV
AREAS OF CONSIDERATION: 1 & 2 ONLY
Area 1 - Current on-board Permanent Technicians and AGRs in the WVNG
Area 2 - All other members of the WVNG
Area 3 - All members of the National Guard nationwide and others when eligible for membership
This position is located in the Operations Section of a Base Communications Unit, Mission Support Group, in an Air National Guard Wing. This position is located in an information management organization. The purpose of this position is to serve as a customer support specialist performing work involving analytical and evaluative duties related to classified and unclassified information technology networks and/or cyber system with primary knowledge requirements of information processing methodology, information technology, telecommunications systems, computer capabilities, processing techniques, IT trouble ticket management, data communications and infrastructure. Performs other duties as assigned.
