    • You will need broad knowledge of the RDT and E mission for NSWCDD and its relationship to physical infrastructure requirements.
    • You will need general understanding of safety (including Army Corps of Engineers EM-385) and environmental requirements as related to facilities and land use.
    • You will need experience using project management techniques and practices, NSWCDD, and NAVFAC facilities processes, systems, and procurement processes.
    • You will need detailed knowledge of mechanical engineering principles for facility design, building envelope repair, and structural analysis on design and construction executions teams.
    • You will need the ability to synthesize and collaborate with other engineering disciplines to lead or participate on design and construction executions teams.
    • You will research, design, and specify HVAC/mechanical equipment and systems to meet client and code requirements in both large and small facility projects.
    • You will need expert knowledge of engineering information technology systems/solutions necessary to complete infrastructure project packages.
