    The primary purpose of this position is to serve as senior specialist responsible for participating as an Air Force representative with the DoD Enterprise Hiring Solutions working group. Coordinates, validates, makes recommendations, and test systems functionality to support the DoD Enterprise Hiring recruitment and placement tools.

    Responsibilities

    • Represents AFPC Directorate of Personnel Operations /Staffing Operations Division, evaluating, recommending, testing, and delivering Civilian HR Enterprise Systems in collaboration with AFPC employees, Civilian Personnel Sections (CPS), MAJCOMs.
    • Participates in special projects, initiatives and performs special assignments.
    • Troubleshoots and resolves the most difficult and complex internal and external placement situations.
    • Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies a variety of public laws, Executive Orders, and Federal regulations regarding civilian personnel staffing functions.

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel for this position.
