    You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST, GS-0201-11, for the United States Naval Academy (USNA) located in Annapolis, MD.

    • You will advise hiring managers and selecting officials on recruitment strategies for attracting the best qualified candidates for vacant positions.
    • You will inform employees regarding their grievance rights and processes.
    • You will brief managers on civilian human resources program policies (e.g., compensation, employee relations, performance management, work life, workforce development).
    • You will explain the recruitment process (e.g., job advertisement, qualifications assessment, selection, on-boarding) to hiring managers and employees.
    • You will analyze the duties of a position to determine the correct title, pay plan, series, and grade level.
