    As a Supervisory Resilience Coordinator, you will: 

    • Serve as an agency expert and coordinator in resilience and food security issues, generating policy recommendations, interventions, and working on partnerships within the international resilience and food security development area.
    • Direct, manage, and monitor the evaluation of resilience and food security activities.
    • Advise senior Bureau management on key issues/constraints to resilience strengthening.
    • Participate in the development and documentation of long-and short-range planning efforts and evaluate current and proposed programs and operations.
    • Oversee teams to develop technical guidance, design and develop new programs/projects.
    • Perform the administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
    • Establish guidelines and performance expectations for staff members, which are clearly communicated through the formal employee performance management system
