Summary
The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the Division of Housing Mission and Goals (DHMG) by planning, directing, managing, and coordinating the office administrative activities.

- Serves as information contact concerning office activities; answering non-technical inquiries, referring technical inquiries to the appropriate person, securing requested information, screening visitors, answering telephone calls
- Manages the Office of Housing and Regulatory Policy (OHRP) staffs' calendars, scheduling, coordinating and setting up meetings and conferences
- Provides OHRP support, such as manages report preparation and distribution including gathering data and information. Drafts special reports and analyses for review by the supervisor. Assists quarterly performance reporting
- Serves as the records management liaison; enforcing FHFA's procedures on the tracking, retention, and disposal of agency records
- Establishes priorities and undertakes work projects on own initiative; evaluates needs for office maintenance
- Aids the policy review and approval process by reviewing incoming requests, making correct assignments, and facilitating efficient workflow
- Reviews OHRP external and internal correspondence and other documents; ensures proper format and compliance with FHFA established policy and procedures
- Prepares travel vouchers, as needed; handles complex travel (transportation, lodging, events, etc.)
- Uses a computer effectively to type, proof, edit and prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas and notes; uses Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
- Serves as office time keeper; ensures accurate entries, timely process, and compliance with FHFA procedures
