    You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Resource Management Department of NAVACADEMY.

    • You will coordinate with customers (e.g., Operations Center, Managers, human resources offices, other organizations) to resolve issues with recruitment actions.
    • You will advise hiring managers and selecting officials on recruitment strategies for attracting the best qualified candidates for vacant positions.
    • You will advise organizational leaders on the status of the Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Program.
    • You will update existing position descriptions using new position classification standards or appeal decisions.
    • You will respond in writing to employee, applicant, manager inquiries.
