    Incumbent provides direct customer service to patrons using the facility. The incumbent greets customer, answers and refers telephone calls, schedules reservations, takes messages and provide information regarding the facility and program.

    Responsibilities of this position will be to assist in planning, coordinating and executing activities and events in a family friendly campground environment for patrons of all ages. Use of point of sale system, computer programs, check out of equipment, maintain records and reports and collect fees. The incumbent will assist with keeping facility safe, clean, and report facility issues to manager or supervisor. The incumbent will perform clerical duties such as data entry, record keeping, financial tracking and inventory updates; maintains and updates bulletin boards. Performs other related duties as assigned.
