    You will serve as an Engineer/Scientist in the Electromagnetic Effects Division, Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems Department of NAVSURFWARCENDLD.

    The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, equivalent to the GS 14/15. The salary for this position may be limited to a GS-14 step 10 (currently $152,352).

    • You will lead early engineering, testing, evaluation, and analysis to ensure successful system integration and interoperability of critical Naval sensors within the complex electromagnetic environment.
    • You will provide principle leadership for systems engineering efforts supporting all life-cycle stages for radar and sensor system design, development, test and evaluation, and operational support.
    • You will lead early engineering, planning, testing, sensor characterization, evaluation and analysis to ensure the successful system design, integration, interoperability and electromagnetic interference resolution for critical Naval sensors.
    • You will provide electromagnetic compatibility guidance and recommendations for electromagnetic interference risk reduction throughout the acquisition life cycle.
    • You will provide senior technical leadership, guidance, and oversight of Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) integration and analysis of naval sensor systems.
