    The VISN Call Center RN position performs telephone care triaging veteran phone calls from nine sites within the VISN.

    • Exhibits exceptional customer service
    • Exhibits strong clinical assessment abilities
    • Ability to navigate TEDP software
    • Develops a familiarity with all VISN sites; clinics, contacts etc.
    • The RN will provide veterans telephone medical advice and a way to resolve primary, specialty, and mental health care needs when unable to present to their primary VA facility.
    • The Call Center RN must exhibit excellent communication and customer service skills as well as the ability to perform assessments using critical thinking via the telephone.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30
