This is a non-reimbursable Detail Opportunity.
The detailed Construction Representative/Project Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the award of contractual actions and the following:
- Responsible for overseeing/coordinating special projects and construction work being executed on the Executive Office of the President's Campus (EOPC), which includes but, is not limited to the operation, maintenance and repair, improvement and appropriate restoration of buildings and facilities within the EOPC.
- Establishes, develops, and implements the operational efforts of assigned projects and monitors the progress in achieving established goals and objectives.
- Coordinates and provides continuity on projects campus-wide with all relevant stakeholders.
- Reviews and evaluates proposals from architects, engineers and managers and advises on the adequacy and suitability of plans for use in the facilities to manage customer expectations in a dynamic environment..
- Participates in special project initiatives as requested by the COO and Director of the Facilities Management Division.
