GS-10: One year of specialized experience at the GS-09 grade level or equivalent in the private/public sector that includes: Perform engineering design, drafting tasks, and apply establish engineering policies and procedures relating to mechanical, electrical, electronics and industrial plant layout; complete assignments that require research, analysis; and create and modify computer-aided design and drawings using various systems and additive manufacturing (AM) design and prototype (3D printing design experience is a plus).
Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone---no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
