    You will:

    • Serve as one of the chief scientists for EPAs Airborne Spectral Photometric Environmental Collection Technology (ASPECT) program.
    • Design, operate, and/or oversee various detection systems, to include the development of new algorithms as appropriate.
    • Oversee data collection, data management and data transmission, while ensuring that required quality assurance and quality control procedures are implemented.
    • The incumbent will serve as a liaison between the Consequence Management Advisory Division (CMAD) and other Agency offices and with other Federal Agencies on issues related to atmospheric detection systems.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be required to travel 25% or less of each month.
