1. Ability to supervise, assign work, set priorities, coordinate, plan and oversee temporary census staff.

3. Skill in analyzing cost progress reports from operations and activities for consistency.
4. Ability to communicate with management, employees, internal and external stakeholders including: congressional and state representatives, state and local officials, and tribal leaders, regarding the 2020 Census.
