    Responsibilities

    • You will supervise and implement the full range of contract administration and procurement functions.
    • You will review and approve the evaluation of proposed contract changes and deviations.
    • You will serve as principal contracting advisor on the programs assigned to the branch and represents the command as the programs contractual authority at high level meetings.
    • You will manage the contract function to ensure that it is performed in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the DOD FAR Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corp Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS).
    • You will be responsible for program specific to include ship repair, chartering, layberth services, engineering services, fleet wide support services, parts and supplies, or information technology services.
