    About the Position: This position is being filled using the Direct Hire Authority for Recent Graduates.

    You will be selected as an Electronics Engineer trainee at the GS-05 or GS-07 grade level with a full performance level of GS-11.

    • Serve as Project Engineer on a variety of assignments dealing with the design, development, modification, fabrication assembly, estimating and testing of complex electrical assemblies and equipment.
    • Use Computer Aided Engineering software to develop models, assemblies, drawings, and Technical Data Packages.
    • Perform Logistics Modernization Project (LMP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) functions relating to engineering manufacturing and overhaul operations.
    • Consult with Production Management Specialists and Shop personnel to resolve discrepancies with LMP/MPS system data.
    • Prepare specifications, suggested sources, estimates and cost analysis for management

    25% or less - Up to 25% Business Travel.
