    Assistant United States Attorneys in the Criminal Division represent the United States in both the U.S. District Courts and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in all cases involving violations of federal criminal statutes. The primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, the prosecution of drug crimes, violent crimes, firearms offenses, immigration offenses, and economic crimes such as wire fraud, mail fraud, and bank fraud.

    Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
