The Administrative Officer for Mental Health Service Line (MHSL)is responsible for the overall daily administrative operations, requirements and management of the entire MHSL. They have direct supervision of data staff to include personnel actions and hiring actions. They identifying data needs for the service and developing reports related to productivity and book ability. Manages all human resource actions for the service including staffing and ER/LR actions and recruitment packages. Key member of strategic planning and budgetary operations for the service. They formulate service goals and objectives with the Associate Chief Of Staff (ACOS) for Mental Health. Oversees and coordinates with representatives of various programs in the management of funding, personnel, supplies, equipment, space, IT and other resources. Manages all administrative program areas including budget and fiscal administration, purchase cards, training, communications, strategic and operational planning, human resource and personnel management. Makes effective use of present resources by assisting in planning for future resource needs, estimating short-range and long-range personnel, budgetary, space, and equipment needs, and implementing new resources.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
