    About the Position: This position is a support role to the Eugene Resident Office of the Construction Branch in the area of office administration.

    Responsibilities

    • Performing a variety of administrative and support type duties in such areas as administration, security, travel, training, property accountability, and reports.
    • Maintaining office records using electronic filing system and following regulations.
    • Utilizing office automation software such as Microsoft Office Products, Government specific software.
    • Coordinating office travel and assisting with travel vouchers.
    • Preparing Time and Attendance records.
    • Maintaining the maintenance for several GSA vehicles.

    Travel Required

    Occasional travel - You may be expected to travel occasionally for training, conferences, or site visits.
