    This position is located at Military Sealift Command (MSC), Total Force Management Program Office (N1), Human Capital Management Division (N15), Manpower and Organization Management Office (N15A), Norfolk VA

    Responsibilities

    • You will serve as the lead manpower analyst responsible for analysis and validation of all Command billets to analyze, plan, and develop revisions to the command's organization manual, including related documents.
    • You will Identify and assemble a library of documents, directives and other resources necessary to complete the study (current manpower documents, completed manpower studies, command standard operating procedures, governing directives, etc.)
    • You will assist in developing a study strategy and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA and M).
    • You will examine the organization for efficiency improvements and develop optimum organizational structure.
    • You will write final Performance Work Statements (PWS) and Workload Indicators.

    Travel Required

    50% or less - This position requires occasional travel up to 50%.
