    Responsibilities

    As a Maintenance Planner, you will:

    • Assist in developing maintenance inspection specifications and guides to ensure the proper operation of all capital equipment (mechanical and electrical) and the proper repairs of equipment and facilities.
    • Provide technical assistance and program resource requirements for global issues pertaining to facility operations, including repairs, renovations, upgrades, building automation systems, and building/utility inspections.
    • Serve as a minor alteration planner and parts expediter for the maintenance section providing preventive maintenance, maintenance, repairs.
    • Coordinate with senior-level officials to resolve facility and construction matters.
    • Monitor and operate the METASYS building automation system, as directed, for mechanical system trending information and potential failure indications.
